As a Core Goods team member, you will:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Work together with team members to keep things running smoothly and support each other
- Provide detailed information about our products and the producers behind them
- Stock shelves efficiently and rotate inventory to maintain freshness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Support special events by assisting with setup, customer service, and other tasks
- Assist in the kitchen with food preparation, cleaning, and related duties as needed
- Support the manager with various administrative and computer tasks
We are looking for employees with the following skills:
- Warm and approachable, with confidence chatting and connecting with others
- Problem-solving mindset to assist customers and resolve issues
- Comfortable using technology and a POS system, and quick to learn new tools
- Able to juggle multiple tasks while collaborating smoothly with teammates
- Strong attention to detail to keep the store looking its best
- Passionate and knowledgeable about local food and where it comes from
- Willingness to take initiative and pitch in wherever needed
- Energetic, eager to learn, and excited to grow!
